Jimcol Resources Nigeria Limited is a 100% Nigerian enterprise currently based in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. The company has interests in 5 major business areas that are operated as business divisions in some cases and in others, through incorporated subsidiaries. These major businesses are as follows:

COMPANY HISTORY

Jimcol Resources Nigeria Limited was incorporated in 1990. The company has gone through management and business transformations over the years to emerge as a diversified service provider in the Oil & Gas industry and as well as the Public sector.

Jimcol employs over 300 personnel across all its business divisions/subsidiaries and has maintained a positive growth path in total revenue and profit in the last 4 years. Our reputation is best reflected by the calibre of clients we have consistent worked for in the last 5 years. They include ExxonMobil, Shell Petroleum Development Company, NNPC & its subsidiaries
and many others. Our CSR balance sheet presents our footprints in the development of our local business communities through infrastructure supports and human capacity development. Our business objective remains to maximise our ethical profits without negative impacts to persons, our immediate environment or communities.

Our greatest asset is our personnel that are well resourced and resourceful. We are therefore able to deliver services efficiently and effectively thereby creating immense value for our clients. Where our clients and customers require bespoke solutions, our resourceful personnel are sufficiently innovative to proffer cost-effective solutions in a timely manner.

Management Team

Ndubuisi Chijioke

Managing Director

Ndubuisi Nwagbara-Chijioke holds an MBA (Oil & Gas) degree from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Engineering degree (B.Eng) in Civil Engineering from Federal University of Technology, Owerri. He started his professional career as a Quality Engineer with Shell Petroleum Development Company where he spent 9 years covering a number of Engineering and Construction projects.

He also worked as a Consultant Engineer providing Engineering and Quality Testing Services to Mobil Producing Unlimited and several other clients. He has over 24 years cognate experience in the Oil & Gas Industry of which the last 15 years have been in the position of Managing Director, Jimcol Resources Ltd.

Josiah Agwere

General Manager

Josiah Agwere holds an MBA degree from Lagos Business School (LBS) and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has twenty three (23) years’ experience working in the Oil & Gas Industry as Field Engineer, Technical Support Engineer and Logistics Manager with Schlumbeger Geco Prakla and Integrated Quality Technologies Limited.

He joined Jimcol Resources in 2005 as QA Auditor specialist in a consultancy contract with IBOM Power Company, Ikot Abasi, Akwa Ibom State. Between 2007 and 2012 he was the Contract Manager in charge of the Engineering and QA/QC Division of the company’s business. He assumed the position of a General Manager in 2012 and currently has responsibility for the day-to-day operations for all of the company’s business divisions.
